Luca Petroni

Luca Petroni is an experienced professional in the fields of customer insights, digital strategy, and design, currently serving as the Head of Customer Insights and Director of Assist Digital Academy at Assist Digital since 2007. Luca co-founded Exit Consulting in 2003, which merged into Assist Consulting in 2007, and has since led a team of 90 specialists focusing on innovative service design and digital experiences. As an associate member of UXalliance, Luca represents Italy in a global network dedicated to user experience and user research. Prior roles include Human Computer Interaction Lead at IconMedialab and co-founding projects in ergonomics and user-centered design. Luca holds a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Rome and educational credentials from CNRS Toulouse and Università degli Studi di Siena.
