Roula Vrsic brings to Geotab over two decades of marketing leadership gained from scaling technology brands at private and public companies. As a passionate marketing executive who is no stranger to driving high-growth for technology companies in the IoT, security, mobility, environmental and health and safety arenas, Roula has spent her career at the edge of business and innovation, bringing leading disruptive technology to market in competitive environments. In her role as Senior Vice President, Marketing, Roula leads Geotab’s global marketing strategy where she is responsible for accelerating revenue growth by developing successful market strategies, shaping the company’s leadership position and public profile, enabling and developing global channels, driving expansion into new regional markets, and launching new products and services that solve customers’ greatest connected and sustainable mobility challenges.
Prior to Geotab, Roula held senior global marketing positions in B2B SaaS companies where she became an expert in market recategorization for rapidly scaling organizations. Roula was the Senior Vice President, Marketing at Intelex Technologies, where she exceeded marketing objectives and managed integration through two acquisitions including the company’s acquisition by a Fortune 500 publicly traded company. Previous to Intelex, Roula also held CMO positions at Agreement Express and at SOTI Inc. She also held progressive marketing roles at Watchguard Technologies, including Director of Global Channel & Field Marketing and Director of Product Marketing.
Roula has significant experience across marketing, product management, channel program development and channel growth, revenue generation, global go-to-market strategy, and has managed five acquisition integrations. Her broad cultural competence and regional perspective has been honed during years of international marketing responsibility and exposure and building strong relationships with global channel partners, commercial teams and industry influencers.
Roula has received several awards for her marketing leadership. CRN Magazine awarded Roula CRN Channel Chief in 2016, Top Female Executive in 2015 and CRN Women of the Channel in 2013.
Roula holds a BA from the University of Toronto. She has also achieved Pragmatic Marketing Foundations certification, as well as Blanchard Situational Leadership I
