Richard Gastineau

Richard Gastineau is the current CEO at assisTek. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Legal Officer at Invicro from October 2017 to March 2020. Richard has also served as an attorney at OutsideGC and as the President at Core Clinical, Inc. from June 2016 to October 2017. Richard Gastineau has also been a part of Gastineau Partners and YPrime, where they served as the President from January 2014 to January 2016. Richard is responsible for all legal matters including, contract design and negotiation, employment matters, intellectual property matters (SAAS licensing, IP protection, software licensing, etc), corporate compliance, regulatory issues and litigation. Richard also manages outside counsel.

Richard Gastineau completed their high school diploma at Stonewall Jackson. Richard then completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Accounting and Finance. After that, they completed their Juris Doctor at Ohio Northern University in Law. Finally, they completed their Master of Laws (LLM) at Georgetown University Law Center in Tax Law/Taxation.
