Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Eric started their career as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Minnetonka Public Schools in 2006 and later became the Head Lacrosse Coach for the 9/10 grade team in 2007. In 2010, Eric joined Target as an Executive Team Leader and worked in that role until 2013. During this time, they also worked as a Business Development professional at Allianz Life. From 2013 to 2014, Eric worked as a Business Intelligence Process Lead at 3M. In 2014, they joined Target again, this time as a Project Manager. In 2015, Eric took on the role of Business Development Consultant at Aspire Folk School. Later in the same year, they joined Associa as a Client Project Manager and eventually progressed to the role of Operations Manager in 2018. Eric's most recent role at Associa was as the Director of Operations from 2023 to 2024.

Eric Johnson attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications. In 2010, they briefly attended the University of Minnesota, focusing on Communications and Business.
