Paul Roberts

Paul Roberts, MBA, P.E., is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the real estate and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Associate Capital since April 2022, Paul's work focuses on delivering the Power Station neighborhood. Previously, Paul held the title of Project Manager at Wilson Meany from June 2016 to April 2022, managing significant projects including Treasure Island Geotech Improvement and the Russell apartments at Bay Meadows, among others. Early career roles included internships at MetLife Real Estate Investors and Bailard, Inc., as well as a Senior Engineer position at Holmes Culley, where Paul specialized in structural design and project coordination. Paul earned an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Project Engineer in Christchurch, New Zealand, following the 2010 Darfield Earthquake.
