Michael McLean

Michael McLean is currently the CIO at Associated Administrators. Michael has over 18 years of experience in the IT field.

Michael started their career in 2000 as the Director of Information Technology at D. Myers & Sons, Inc. There, they were responsible for assessing internal IT practices to identify and implement enhanced processes that aligned technology infrastructure with complex operational needs. Michael also managed the hardware / software life cycle for three servers and 35 workstations.

In their 9 years at D. Myers & Sons, Inc., Michael made many significant contributions to the company. Michael spearheaded the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with product development, sales and marketing, warehouse management, and shipping, as well as EDI, business analytics, and accounting functions. Michael also leveraged their expertise with Microsoft Access, SQL server and Relativity ODBC drivers to design and implement a robust sales analysis system and data warehouse. In addition, they directed the implementation of Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 with Exchange Server 2003, leading to enhanced communication with customers, vendors, and suppliers as well as enhancing efficiency / recoverability by consolidating thousands of business documents.

In 2009, Michael left D. Myers & Sons, Inc. to join Associated Administrators, LLC as their CIO. In this role, they are responsible for providing critical leadership in all aspects of technology for the company. This includes overseeing the development and launch of Shoebuy.com retail Web site poised to go live early in Q1 2009.

Michael McLean received a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems & Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, and an Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems from Kaplan College.

They are on a team with Wendy Chambers - Account Executive, Linda DuVall - CBO, and David Jensen - Account Executive. Michael McLean reports to Laura Walsh, CEO.
