Karin Green

Karin Green is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR strategy and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of HR Strategy and Systems at Associated Bank, Karin has previously held multiple leadership roles at Schneider, including Manager of Compliance and Talent Processes, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Employment Law Compliance and Human Capital Processes. Karin began the career as a Senior Human Resource Analyst and HR Analyst with Brown County. Karin holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, earned between 1986 and 1990.
