Matt Upstone

Matt Upstone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital engineering and IT strategy. Currently serving as SVP and Director of Digital Engineering at Associated Bank, Upstone has also held significant roles such as Director of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture and Application Service Delivery Manager. Prior experience includes management positions at HSHS Eastern Wisconsin Division & Prevea Health, where responsibilities included overseeing project management and ancillary systems. Earlier in the career, Upstone contributed to the Ashwaubenon School District as a Technical Support Specialist. Educationally, Upstone is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and holds an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
