Shae M. Mitchell, CSM, is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Associated Bank since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shae worked as the Information Technology Application Manager at Belcan and held several positions at Nationwide, Verizon, and Verizon Wireless, including Manager, IT People & Practice Leader and IT Project and Change Manager. Shae's expertise includes leading project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle, managing high-visibility system migrations, and enhancing user experience through coordinated development projects.
