Dennis Williams

Dennis Williams is the Commercial Director at Associated Energy Services. Dennis has 14 years of service at AES, having been involved as a project engineer, new business development manager and Marketing and Commercial Director in his tenure. With a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Dennis’ process engineering background provides process insight into potential client operations, whilst also leveraging his business development and contract development experience to identify, target and secure new business opportunities for AES. His early career was spent at SASOL 1 as a result of his bursary commitment, followed by AECI Research & Development in Modderfontein (now owned by CSIR), whereafter he shifted his career from chemical engineering to technical sales and marketing. In 2001 during a hiatus from AES, Dennis spent three years in the Middle East project engineering business development environment. Dennis has a solid grounding for seeking out opportunities, identifying client requirements and developing suitable offerings for clients. Originally a Johannesburg native, in 2004 upon his return to SA, Dennis and his wife settled in Cape Town where his free time is spent with his family with the occasional run to provide some life balance.
