Bill Lucken

Bill Lucken's work experience includes various roles in the packaging industry.

Bill joined Associated Packaging, Inc. in 2021 as the Vice President of Sales - Eastern Region, where they work with a team of packaging sales professionals to grow the business in the eastern half of the U.S.

From 2018 to 2021, Bill worked at BGR, starting as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and later becoming the Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives. Bill also served as the GM RFID Inventory Management and was responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to that, Bill worked at BGR from 2008 to 2018, initially as the Director of Business Development and later as the Vice President of Business Development. In these roles, they led the expansion of BGR's coverage and implemented RFID technology in the packaging materials supply chain.

Before joining BGR, Bill worked at 3M as a Packaging Specialist and Account Executive from 1999 to 2008. Bill also worked as a 3M Packaging Specialist at Combi Packaging Systems during this time.

Bill's early work experience includes a role as an Account Rep at Nichols Paper from 1990 to 1995.

Bill Lucken attended Grand Valley State University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
