Timothy Masure

Timothy Masure is an experienced maintenance and safety manager currently employed at Associated Weavers Europe N.V. since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations for one of Europe's largest tufted broadloom carpet producers. Prior to this role, Timothy served as a technical leader at IVC Group from October 2018 to March 2021, managing a maintenance department and emphasizing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Timothy's earlier experience at Bekaert included positions such as Maintenance Responsible and Project, Process and Product Technician, focusing on maintenance planning and quality control for wire drawing processes. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanics Automation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics - ICT from Katho Kortrijk, as well as a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Stanwick Business Management.
