Shelley Reith

Shelley began her career with AAM in 2004 as a Community Manager for large on-site active adult communities in Arizona. In 2013, she was hand-selected to start up and head the AAM Michigan Division, bringing her impressive management experience of large on-site, active adult and developer-controlled communities. In 2019, Shelley spearheaded AAM’s expansion into the Indiana market and developed operations in that region. Relocating to Arizona in 2022, Shelley was promoted to Vice President of Developer Services. In this role, she oversees the Developer Services division that provides a variety of services to homebuilder clients including built out and cash flow budgets, evaluating and advising on governing documents, creating working documents to include design guidelines, association rules, fine and collection policies, coordinating the transition of common areas to the association for maintenance and many other items as needed through the development of a community.

She holds her CAAM designation with the Arizona Association of Community Managers and she was honored to be recognized as AACM’s Manager of the Year in 2013.
