Shannon Kimball Buenik

Shannon Kimball Buenik is an experienced professional in association management with a solid background in project management and customer relations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Chapter and Membership Programs at ACG Global since January 2010, Shannon has successfully overseen a significant CRM software project, the largest in the organization's history, and led a comprehensive training program for over 100 staff members. Previously, as an Association Manager at SmithBucklin, Shannon demonstrated strong coordination skills while managing various client projects and maintaining high-quality client relations. Shannon's early career included roles with the State of Illinois, where responsibilities included coordinating public events and drafting communications for state officials, as well as serving as a Legislative Aide. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Saint Mary's College and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago.
