Barry Tong

Barry Tong began their work experience in 1994 as a Manager at KPMG. Barry then joined Grant Thornton in 2002 and served as a Principal in the Specialist Advisory Services until 2010. In 2011, Tong became a Partner in Advisory at Grant Thornton China. Barry currently holds the position of National Leader of Forensic & Investigation Services in China. Tong is also the President of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), a role they have held since 2018.

Barry Tong holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Manchester, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Barry also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Hong Kong, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
