Anna McCombie

Anna McCombie has extensive experience in market research and customer insights, currently serving as CX Insights Lead at ACCA since June 2014, where Anna manages the Customer Satisfaction programme and has transformed the annual research into a quarterly feedback system for enhanced business decision-making. Prior to this role, Anna held multiple positions at the Financial Times, including Senior Insight Manager and Online Research Communities Manager, where Anna significantly contributed to global commercial strategies through actionable insights and the establishment of a large online research community that doubled engagement rates. Anna holds a degree from the University of Sussex.
