Suzanne Speer

Suzanne Speer has extensive experience in workforce development within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Development at the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved since September 2017. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Workforce Development in the same organization, as well as serving as a Clinical Recruitment Services Specialist at the Virginia Community Healthcare Association from April 2013 to September 2017. Suzanne's earlier career includes positions at Alterra Specialty Insurance as a Marketing Specialist and Administrative Services and Marketing Manager, and at AmWINS as an Associate Underwriter. Suzanne holds a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
