David MacKenzie

David MacKenzie is an experienced public affairs professional with a strong background in policy advocacy and external relations. Currently serving as the Public Affairs Manager at the Association of Colleges since February 2021, David has previously held key positions at The National Autistic Society, including Senior Public Affairs Officer and Policy and Public Affairs Officer, from February 2017 to January 2021. Additionally, David worked as External Affairs Manager for the Care and Support Alliance for a brief period in 2020 and gained valuable experience as a Parliamentary Assistant at The Scottish Parliament from January 2013 to August 2016. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2012.
