Julia Belgutay

Julia Belgutay has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of communications, media, marketing, and research. Julia is currently serving as the Head of Comms, Media, Marketing, and Research at the Association of Colleges. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Policy Manager at the same organization. Previously, Julia worked as the Head of FE and a Reporter at Tes. Their early career includes a role as a Junior Reporter at The Sunday Times and a Reporter at Westfaelische Rundschau in Germany.

Julia Belgutay attended the University of St Andrews from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs. Julia then went on to study at the Scottish Centre for Journalism Studies from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained an MLitt degree in Journalism.
