David Juarez-Navarro

David Juarez-Navarro currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Board Member at the Association of International Energy Negotiators since May 2020. Concurrently, David holds the role of Qatar New Opportunities and Commercial Manager & Lead Negotiator at ExxonMobil, a position assumed in January 2021, following previous roles including Commercial Manager & Lead Negotiator as well as Manager of Special Corporate Projects in Europe. With a robust background in commercial management and negotiations across various ExxonMobil divisions, David has directed significant multi-billion-dollar projects and strategic initiatives globally. David's educational credentials include a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Master of Science in Petroleum and Energy from IFP School, and a degree in Civil Mining Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, complemented by mining engineering from Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieros de Minas de Madrid.
