Dave Walman

Dave Walman has a diverse work experience in the defense industry. Dave served as the Chapter Vice President at the Association of Old Crows from 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at the Department of the Navy starting in 2008. From 2004 to 2008, Dave was a Principal Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, and from 1999 to 2004, they worked as a Systems Architect at General Dynamics Information Technology.

Dave Walman has a strong education background with various degrees and certifications. Dave obtained a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) from the U.S. Naval War College in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a program in Cyber Warfare at the Naval Postgraduate School in 2016.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Charleston Southern University, obtained in 2010. Dave also has a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Towson University, completed in 2007.

Furthermore, Dave holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Loyola University Maryland, earned in 2003. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, which they obtained from Towson University in 1998.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dave holds several certifications. Dave is a Certified Cloud Security Specialist from Arcitura Education Inc., obtained in September 2017. Dave is also an Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (CISSP-ISSEP) certified by (ISC)² since December 2014.
