J.G. Decker

JG Decker is a seasoned professional in the performing arts sector, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Resources and Events at the Association of Performing Arts Professionals since July 2021. JG has successfully planned the organization's first hybrid Annual Conference and developed new registration systems within CVENT. JG holds multiple roles in theater management, including Front of House Manager at Central Square Theater and past roles at American Repertory Theater and Barrington Stage Company, focusing on providing exemplary patron experiences and ensuring safety procedures. JG's background includes experience in ticketing and customer service with organizations such as Milwaukee World Festival, Milwaukee Brewers, and Milwaukee Repertory Theater. JG is pursuing a Master of Arts in Arts Administration and Leadership at Wichita State University, building on a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and French from Temple University.
