Alyssa Urban

Alyssa Urban currently serves as the Staff Attorney for the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA) since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading grievance and arbitration matters, ensuring compliance with the LMRDA, and representing APFA before various administrative agencies. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked as a Staff Attorney for the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT) from June 2019 to July 2022, providing representation for law enforcement officers across central Texas on disciplinary and employment matters. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Tanner & Associates, PC, and summer law clerk roles at the National Labor Relations Board and Barrett & Farahany, LLP, specializing in labor and employment law. Alyssa earned a Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with an emphasis on Legal Studies from Texas Woman's University.
