Billie Robinson, MBA, CAE, DELP Scholar, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, Robinson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Boise State University. Additionally, Robinson received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from the American Society of Association Executives in December 2002.
