Caroline Monteverde, LMSW, currently serves as a Program Coordinator and Mobile Crisis Clinician at the Association to Benefit Children (ABC) since August 2020, where responsibilities include conducting emergency clinical assessments for clients aged 0-21 and providing crisis stabilization counseling. Prior experience includes roles as a Barista at Farmhouse Cafe & Eatery, a Clinical Social Work Intern at both CBH Care Foundation and Vantage Health System, and a Social Work Intern at the Wilson County Department of Social Services, where skills in individual counseling, group facilitation, and client assessment were developed. Additionally, Caroline volunteered at REAL Crisis Intervention, offering support to clients in crisis. Caroline holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from East Carolina University.
