Elena Consonni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector. As the Founder and Owner of Formalimenti since January 2019, Elena has been responsible for organizing training courses and events for industry professionals. In addition, Elena works as a freelance journalist for various publications including Corriere Ortofrutticolo and Quine Business Publisher, contributing to renowned magazines such as Mixer and Qualitaly. Since 2017, Elena has served as the communication officer for the Associazione Italiana Polistirene Espanso, overseeing internal and external communications. Previously, Elena held roles in scientific responsibility and external collaboration, focusing on training and specialized publications. Elena earned a degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano.
