Piercosimo Carafa

Piercosimo Carafa has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a banconista salumiere at Coop Alleanza 3.0 since September 2021. Carafa has been a sommelier with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier since November 2003. Previous roles include working as a cameriere at fan Quality and Perla dello Jonio, as well as serving as a barman and sommelier at Imperatore di Puglia for 25 years. Additional experience includes a brief position as a barman at Il Carrubo. Carafa holds a diploma di 3 livello from Associazione Italiana Sommelier and a diploma from ITCG Marisa Bellisario, specializing in Geometria/Analisi geometrica.
