Maura Burns

Maura Burns has had extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector. Maura began their career in 2010 at the National MS Society, where they held various positions including Vice President of Strategy, Vice President of Internal Communications & Strategic Planning, Associate Vice President of Internal Communications & Strategic Planning, Director of Strategic Communications, and Senior Manager of Social Media/Community. Prior to these roles, they also worked as a Social Media Manager, Online Information Specialist, and Information and Referral Specialist. In 2012, Maura Burns also served as a Board Member for Colorado Youth Matter.

Maura Burns obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University, completing their education between 2005 and 2008.
