Ellen M. Leibovitch

Ellen M. Leibovitch is a partner at Assouline & Berlowe, P.A. Ellen was previously a partner at Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Gora, P.A., where they handled all types of labor & employment litigation, as well as transactional work relevant to the practice area, including drafting of employment agreements, handbooks and policies, conducting employee and manager training, review and creation of job descriptions, audit and analysis of employee classifications, daily consultation with human resources professionals. Prior to that, Ellen was a partner at Adorno & Yoss from May 1987 to December 2006.

Ellen M. Leibovitch attended the University of Florida for their undergraduate degree, where they studied political science and government. Ellen then went on to attend the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law degree.
