Melissa Passe

Melissa Passe is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, leadership, and financial management. Currently serving as Director and Financial Controller at AssuranceSD since April 2023, Melissa previously held the position of Controller at Nationwide Housing Corporation from September 2020 to March 2023. Prior to that, Melissa was the Director of Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration at Olympus Ventures for eight years and worked as a Tax Senior at Deloitte. Earlier career roles included positions at API Outsourcing, Gerhardson Warner & Wehmhoff CPAs, Vistainfo, and CONVEY COMPLIANCE SYSTEMS, LLC. Melissa holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership, Finance, and Accounting from Bethel University and pursued additional studies at Metro State University.
