Victoria Sica

Victoria Sica is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Legal, Regulatory, Compliance & Government Affairs department at Assurant since February 2017, Sica has previously held positions as a Complex Civil Litigation Associate at Wicker Smith et. al. from October 2013 to January 2017, and as an Assistant Public Defender in the 11th Judicial Circuit from January 2010 to October 2013. Sica also contributed to the Office of the Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit from 2007 to 2009. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Florida International University - College of Law (2004 - 2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Miami Herbert Business School (1999 - 2002).
