Jeffrey Gentile

Jeffrey Gentile has extensive experience in IT support and administration, currently serving as a ServiceNow Administrator & Developer and Senior Technical Support Engineer at AssureCare LLC since May 2019, focusing on user administration, customer service management, and development of business rules and scripts. Prior to this, Jeffrey held the role of Technical Support Specialist at Gardens Alive, where responsibilities included hardware and software installation, maintenance coordination, and training IT staff. Jeffrey also served as Infrastructure Manager at School Outfitters, managing technology components across internal and external teams. Earlier roles included Manager at Milillo's Pizza and Senior Programming Analyst at Macy's, where leadership in project teams and code deployment were key responsibilities. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Miami University.
