David Kahan

David Kahan's work experience includes various roles in high-level positions at multiple companies.

From February 2020 onwards, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Assured Allies. Prior to this role, they were the VP Finance & General Counsel at the same company from February 2020 to November 2021.

From September 2019 to January 2020, Kahan held the position of Interim Chief Operations Officer at Super (hellosuper.com). David also served as Counsel at the same company from February 2020 onwards, providing operational, strategic, and legal counsel.

In 2018, Kahan became a Board Member at both Engie and Panorama Software, serving until December 2019. David also served as the CEO of EdenShield from March 2019 to August 2019, attempting to rescue the insolvent company.

As a Venture Partner at OurCrowd from September 2018 to March 2019, Kahan contributed their expertise. David served as the Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel at Vaultive from September 2014 to March 2018, where they led a turnaround and was responsible for financial and administrative aspects.

David Kahan began their education at Maimonides from 1973 to 1979, but did not earn a degree. David then attended Columbia College from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Computer Science. Following this, from 1987 to 1990, Kahan attended Yale Law School, where they earned a JD degree.
