Anthony Speranza is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer II at Assured Information Security since July 2017, Anthony has also held positions including System Administrator and IT Helpdesk Technician. Prior to this, Anthony worked as a Helpdesk Administrator at Total Solutions from August 2015 to July 2017 and began a career at Utica National Insurance Group as an Underwriting Support Associate between September 2013 and August 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Care Team Coach at Xerox Education Solutions, where Anthony supported customer service agents with escalated issues. Anthony holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Mohawk Valley Community College, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
