Khwansiri Ninpan

Khwansiri Ninpan, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Khwansiri is currently working at Assystem as a Technical Solution Lead for Optimization, where they develop and tests algorithms for scheduling solvers and operates flask web applications. Prior to this, they were a Data Scientist at Assystem and contributed to accurate data preprocessing and the development of new scheduling algorithms. Khwansiri also completed an internship as a Data Scientist, conducting research and developing metaheuristic solvers.

Before joining Assystem, Khwansiri worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Scientist at the Centre International de Recherche en Infectiologie (INSERM U1111) and Institut Pasteur. In these roles, they focused on studying evolutionary mutations and virus tropism, as well as generating infectious clones of viruses using advanced molecular biology techniques.

Earlier in their career, Khwansiri worked as a Researcher at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, where they studied the evolutionary dynamics of antigenic residues on influenza B hemagglutinin. Khwansiri also served as a Laboratory Assistant at Mahidol University International College, assisting in the development of medical education activities and instructing international students in integrated laboratory courses.

Khwansiri's work experience also includes a role as an English Teacher and as a Medical Technologist specializing in Immunology at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, where they managed laboratory activities and ensured accurate data interpretation.

Khwansiri Ninpan, PhD has a diverse education history. Khwansiri obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Medical Technology from Mahidol University in 2009. Khwansiri later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medical Microbiology (Virology) from the same institution, completing it in 2015. In 2019, they attended the Data ScienceTech Institute and achieved an Applied MSc degree in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence. Khwansiri has also received various certifications in subjects such as Deep Learning and Optimization with Metaheuristics from Udemy, as well as multiple statements of accomplishment for completing courses in intermediate Python, R, SQL, and Python Data Science Toolbox from DataCamp.
