Darrel Fergus has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Darrel most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ASTAD Project Management since February 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at KEO International Consultants from November 2016 to December 2018.

Darrel Fergus has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the Haskayne School of Business, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Darrel also completed their high school education at Long Bay College in Auckland, New Zealand, from 1975 to 1978, earning diplomas and certificates in the field of High School/Secondary education.
In addition to their degrees, Darrel Fergus has also obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in September 1998.
