Ana Fonseca

Ana Fonseca is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst at Astara since October 2023. Prior to this, Ana worked as an Associate in Executive Search - Finance at Wyser from April 2022 to October 2023. Before that, Ana was Responsable de Producción de Envasado at Morainsa -Aceites de Oliva- from June 2020 to April 2022. Additionally, Ana was a Talent Development Consultant in Executive Search at Experis from February 2019 to June 2020. Ana also co-founded Gluten Fri Industry, a family business focusing on gluten-free and casein-free foods from January 2016 to August 2018. Ana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
