Emmanuelle Hollard

Emmanuelle Hollard is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at ASTEC since October 2024. Previously, Emmanuelle held the same title at Barry Callebaut Group from April 2018 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for 180 employees and overseeing a team of four, as well as handling recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
