Matt Brooks

Matt Brooks has a diverse work experience in the field of welding engineering. Matt began their career as an intern at Panasonic in 2002 and later worked as a Welding Engineer at OTC Daihen from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, Matt joined Fronius International GmbH as a Senior Welding Engineer and held the role until 2012. Matt then worked as a Quality Control Manager at Excel Bridge Manufacturing from 2013 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Matt served as an Application Engineer at T. J. Snow Company, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Welding Engineer at ASTEC.

Matt Brooks has a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. Matt then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton, completing it from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Brooks also obtained a certification as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) from the American Welding Society in December 2010.
