Ridhaa Hartley MRICS has extensive work experience in the project management and real estate industry. Starting in 2011 as an intern at the City of Cape Town, Ridhaa then worked as a Quantity Surveyor at REFSOLS, where they handled contracts administration and site supervision. Ridhaa then transitioned to the role of Assistant Project Manager at the City of Cape Town. Ridhaa further developed their project management skills as a Junior Project Manager at TFG (The Foschini Group), where they oversaw new and revamp store builds across various divisions. Following this, they worked as a Real Estate Project Manager at Woolworths, managing project outcomes, costs, and timelines. Most recently, Ridhaa held the position of Senior Project Manager at Carter Stephenson Quinn, a project development consultancy regulated by RICS. Currently, Ridhaa is working as an Associate Director of Project Management at Asteco Property Management.

Ridhaa Hartley MRICS has a diverse education history. Starting in 2004, they completed their secondary education at Westerford High School, obtaining a Matric degree. Following this, Ridhaa attended the University of Cape Town from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Studies.

In 2013, Ridhaa pursued further professional development by pursuing a CPD - Continued Professional Development program in Project Management at the University of Cape Town. The following year, in 2014, they enrolled in a Post Graduate (Honours) program in Project Management at Mancosa.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Ridhaa has also obtained certifications related to their field. In 2022, they became an MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) through RICS. Furthermore, in 2023, Ridhaa obtained the Professional Construction Project Manager certification from SACPCMP (South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions).
