Vandana Sharma

Vandana Sharma has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Vandana is currently the Head of Direct Procurement at Astellas Gene Therapies, where they lead the supply chain and direct procurement organization. Vandana excelled in sales, generating significant revenue in real estate projects. Vandana also led initiatives to commercialize new product offerings and developed outreach strategies with market players, customers, and partners.

Vandana Sharma has a diverse and extensive education history. Vandana started their educational journey in 2005 at Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Physics. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2008, Vandana went on to enroll at ICFAI Business School, where they earned their first Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing in 2010.

Following their passion for business and management, Vandana furthered their education by pursuing a second MBA degree, this time specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Vandana attended Rutgers Business School between 2014 and 2016, obtaining their second MBA degree.

In addition to their academic achievements, Vandana also holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development in Training which they obtained from the American TESOL Institute in December 2011.
