Ben Longworth

Ben Longworth currently serves as Associate Director of Crisis and Security Management and Associate Director of Resilience-Americas at Astellas Pharma, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, Ben held multiple leadership roles at On Call International, including Director of Security Services and Global Security Services Manager, where responsibilities encompassed crisis management training, security consulting, and crisis response. Ben's earlier experience includes positions with the Military Sealift Command as a Watch Officer/Third Mate, as well as serving in the commercial shipping and private yachting industries. Ben's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Enterprise Risk Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College.
