Takehiko Yasuji

Takehiko Yasuji is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in pharmaceutical technology and development. As the Executive Vice President and Head of CMC Development, Technology & Manufacturing at Astellas Pharma Inc since April 2020, Takehiko Yasuji oversees multiple research labs focused on analytical science and chemical & biological research. Prior to this role, Takehiko Yasuji served as the Vice President and Head of Technology Planning & Administration, as well as Senior Vice President leading Pharmaceutical Research and Technology Labs at Astellas Pharma Technology Co. Ltd. from April 2017 to March 2020. Earlier career steps include serving as General Manager at the Toyama Technology Center and as Manufacturing General Manager at the Yaizu Technology Center between April 2014 and March 2017, along with the role of Senior Director heading Oral Formulation Development at PRTL.
