Christine Piearce

Christine Piearce is an HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Associate at Westcountry HR since July 2019, Christine provides advice and support on a wide range of HR-related services. From July 2008, Christine has held multiple titles at Aster Group UK, including People Team Lead and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities involved overseeing HR teams, managing employee relations, and leading strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at The Vineyard at Stockcross and Donnington Valley Hotel and Golf Club, and HR and Training Manager at Ramada Jarvis. Christine's career in HR began with various advisory and managerial positions from 1988 to 2000, alongside a focus on professional development while raising a family. Christine holds a Post Graduate CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Portsmouth.
