Tom Coles

Tom Coles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom is currently serving as the Assistant Director Transformation Delivery at Aster Group UK since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Insight Manager at Bromford from June 2021 to December 2022. From December 2018 to February 2021, they held the position of Head of Business Improvement at Orbit Group. Tom also served various roles at Orbit Group, including Business Improvement Manager, Service Improvement Manager, Service Improvement Coordinator, Customer Response Team Leader, Production Control Team Leader, Production Controller, Community Housing Officer, Rent and Arrears Officer, and Repairs Assistant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in service improvement, project management, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Tom Coles attended Alcester Grammar School from 1991 to 1998. In 2002, they started studying Professional Housing Studies at Birmingham City University and earned a Higher National Certificate in the field in 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Tom pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Professional Housing Studies at the same university. In 2020, they attended The Lean Six Sigma Company to obtain a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
