Victoria Kanasonkaite

Victoria Kanasonkaite is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and management. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Aster Group UK since July 2022, Victoria previously held the position of Senior People Manager for Employee Relations & Employee Experience at C&C Housing Trust and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Turbos Specialist Ltd. Additional roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Optima Care and various positions at Bramley Health, including Employee Relations Advisor and HR & Recruitment Officer. Victoria also completed a brief engagement as a Caseworker at Freedom Law Clinic, assisting with research and case preparation for the Criminal Case Review Commission. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Open University and has studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
