Anshu Jain

Anshu Jain has extensive experience in the medical field. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Clinical Fellow at Harvard Medical School and as an Internal Medicine specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2010, they joined Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons as a Radiation Oncology specialist and Postdoctoral Fellow. In 2014, they transitioned to private practice as an Oncologist.

In 2016, Anshu Jain became an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale School of Medicine, where they also served as a Clinical Instructor from 2014 to 2016. Anshu expanded their role in the field by becoming a Board Member for the Community Oncology Alliance in 2018.

Anshu Jain further broaden their experience by working at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) as an NCI/FDA Senior Fellow in Oncology Innovation from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Hero as the Head of Clinical Operations.

Currently, Anshu Jain holds the position of Senior Medical Advisor at Aster Insights since May 2023 and will subsequently become the Chief Medical Officer of the company in October 2023.

Anshu Jain studied Economics at Duke University. Anshu also holds certifications in Clinical Informatics from the American Board of Preventive Medicine and in Radiation Oncology from The American Board of Radiology.
