Satish Hebballi

Satish Hebballi currently serves as the Head of HR at Asteria Aerospace Limited since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as AGM and Senior HR Business Partner focusing on HR-Digitalization at Altigreen Propulsion Labs from June 2022 to November 2024, and Program Manager for HR Digitalization and Analytics at Bosch India from September 2021 to June 2022. Satish held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bosch Automotive Electronics India Private Limited from December 2012 to August 2021, where strategic HR and talent management initiatives were implemented. Earlier experiences include serving as Associate Manager for HR at TE Connectivity and as Executive for HR and Assistant to Director at Avasarala Technologies Ltd. Academically, Satish completed an MBA in Human Resources from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, an MBA in Marketing and Systems from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Application from Garden City College.
