Samantha Hanley

Samantha Hanley has a background in human resources and has held various roles in the field. Samantha started their career at The Tremont Group, Inc. in 2004 as an Accounts Receivables employee and later transitioned into a Human Resources Manager role in 2010. Samantha continued in this position until 2020. In 2017, Hanley joined Grow West® as a Human Resources Director and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in January 2020.

Samantha Hanley obtained a B.A. degree in Communications- Public Relations from California State University-Sacramento from 2007 to 2009. Samantha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their General Education (GE) at Sacramento City College from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Samantha earned certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, California Certification (PHR-CA) from HR Certification Institution in 2013, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institution in 2012.
