Sawan Taluja

Sawan Taluja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, human resources, and project management across various sectors, including defense and aerospace. Currently serving as the General Manager of Business Development at Asteria Aerospace Limited since October 2022, Sawan previously held pivotal roles such as the Human Resources Training Development Manager at MOD ARMY, overseeing the training of 450 aspirants for military careers, and the Senior Operations Manager, responsible for substantial budget estimations and infrastructure project completions. With a strong foundation in project and asset management gained from positions at DRDO and the Ministry of Defence, Sawan has demonstrated expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and operational leadership, supported by educational credentials including an MBA in Consultancy Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
